1. Service Scope
Purza Shop provides Android game development services including custom game creation, reskinning, bug fixing, UI/UX design, and game publishing. All services are delivered as per the agreed project details and timeline.
2. Project Requirements
Clients must provide clear requirements, assets (if any), and necessary information before the project begins. Any changes during development may affect the timeline and cost.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or upfront (depending on the project size). Work will only begin once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are shared before project start. Delays may occur if the client fails to provide necessary feedback or resources on time.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
6. Source Code
Source code will be provided if it is included in the selected package. Unauthorized resale or reuse of our source code is strictly prohibited.
7. Ownership Rights
Once full payment is received, clients own the final product. However, we reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered once the project is started. If the client cancels mid-project, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
9. Support & Maintenance
Post-delivery support is offered as per the package terms. Additional support or updates after the support period will be charged separately.
10. Confidentiality
All client data and project information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without permission.
